This item will be shipped by freight carrier.

The delivery service provided is CURBSIDE ONLY. Inside delivery or White Glove Service is NOT available or offered.
Curbside Delivery is a delivery of the shipment (furniture in boxes on wooden pallet) as close as possible to the curb at the address provided from a full-size trailer truck (often an 18-wheeler). This does NOT include bringing the pallet up to, into, or around the back of the residence, just a curbside drop.

If you refuse the shipment or if they can’t get in touch with you after multiple attempts, the item will be returned to us. Freight shipment is very expense, if you simply refused the shipment, or if they can not get hold of you, they will send the item back to us, they will charge us the return shipping fee, if that happens, we will refund you minus the 0 shipping fee for both ways.
