L-Track Massage
As the roller system massages the neck area,
it continues through to the lower back and then proceeds to massage
the glutes and upper hamstrings.
Backrest Scan​ning
When activating the chair, it will initiate an auto body scan measuring
the key areas of the back including the height of the user.
This allows for the chair to deliver a highly effective massage
with consistent pressure
throughout the course of the pre-set program.
Before the body scan starts it is recommended
that you comfortably position yourself where your back is completely pressed
against the backrest for an accurate reading.
2 Stage Zero Gravity
Inspired by NASA technology,
the Zero Gravity position is the perfect position to enjoy a massage,
aligning your back relative to your thigh at an optimal level of comfort.
When reclined into the zero gravity position,
the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest
which maximizes the intensity of the massage.
There are 2 stages of zero gravity.
Foot Roller Massage
Located on the bottom of the footrest is a spinning reflexology massager
which provide a soothing kneading style massage.
As well when the rollers spin it will stimulate acupuncture points and as the air bags inflate
it will generate a much deeper massage along the bottoms of your feet.

Osaki’s innovative design team has engineered a space saving technology
that slides the chair forward as the chair reclines

OS-Pro OMNI comes equipped with the next generation of air massage technology,
streamlining the air massager to a lower count.
Through innovative engineering, we have reduced the total number of air bags
but have increased the volume and surface area of the massage.
By doing so the total number of working valves has drastically reduced.
This ultimately puts less stress on the chair,
making it one of the most mechanically sound massage chairs in the market.
Heating Therapy
In the lumbar areas there are heating pads.
The heat therapy is a great compliment to the back massage helping to relax the muscles.
Heating the body’s temperature is known to increase blood circulation
and loosen tense muscles.

The OS-Pro OMNI is equipped with Bluetooth technology that allows the user to listen to their favorite music on high quality speaker in the headrest.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International customers should e-mail us before buying as shipping can be very expensive and does not include any import duty, taxes or fees charged for import of your order. Some products, such as Herman Miller products, can not be shipped outside the USA.
RETURNS:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you received it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. For hygienic reasons, Therabath products, paraffin, pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers can only be returned if they are unopened. All sales have to be completed/paid for within 7 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES: When returning an item (see above), you may convert the restocking fee into a store credit to be used to purchase an item of equal or greater value. Please note that the original shipping on the returned item is still not refundable for a store credit.
PAYMENTS: If using PAYPAL we can only ship to the address listed on the PAYPAL payment. E-mails requesting us to ship to another address will not be received in time and the order will only be shipped to the address listed on the payment. For credit card payments we can only ship to an address listed on the credit card as a valid ship to address.
PICK UPS: If you would like to pick up the product, please let us know 24 hours in advance and pay for the item when you come in. We accept most major credit cards in our showroom. No third party pickups (having someone else pick up an item you paid for).
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If an order is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address, we will refund the order less all shipping (two shipping fees are charged by the shipping company - one out to you and one back to us), any customs/duty fees for international customers and a 15% restocking fee.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Showroom/Used Osaki Massage Chairs include a One Year In-Home Parts and Labor Warranty.  New Osaki massage chairs come with a 3/2/1 Limited warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). New Osaki Massage Chairs have a 3 year structural warranty, 2 year parts warranty and a one year in home service warranty (Continental USA only).  The one year In-Home warranty covers all parts and labor.  Years 1-2 cover the parts only.  The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer.  For remote and island addresses the warranty is for parts only.  Hawaii and Puerto Rico will only have a parts warranty.  There are no In-Home Service Technicians for Osaki in these remote locations.  Chairs are packed for shipping and require only very minor assembly. 2 and
5 Year Extended In-Home Parts and Labor Warranties are also available in the continental USA for these chairs.
