USA MADE! ROLLS UNDER TO WELD SEAM AND GOES UPWARD TO ABOUT 3 INCHES ABOVE THE TOP OF THE WELL OPENING. THIS IS A CORRECT FITTING REPLACEMENT PANEL NOT A CHEAP SLIP OVER.
